Meet The Catalyst: a 5-month coaching program in an intimate group of 4 business creators, starting in February 2023.

Just like a chemical reaction, growing your business is transforming a set of elements to create something different. The transformation may still happen on its own, but it’ll be that much more efficient with a catalyst in the mix. 

 

The Catalyst is a program designed for business creators. It brings together business acumen with personal inquiry, to support you in growing a business grounded in who you are.

Throughout this 5-month program, we’ll look at:

  • Who you are: connecting to your essence and values

  • Where you’ve been: letting go of what no longer serves you and learning from past experiences

  • What you want: creating a clear vision of your life and your business

  • What’s next: crafting your own action plan

 

We’ll be using what you already know and what you learn through the program to complete your Business Blueprint and Program Log. Throughout The Catalyst you'll experience a combination of group coaching, self-inquiry and practices, and individual work. All with the accountability of a group and the support of business tools and worksheets.

When does the program start and end?

  • Starts February 2023

  • Ends June 2023

 

What is included in The Catalyst?

  • Three 90-min group coaching sessions each month 

  • Monthly co-working sessions

  • Two 60-min individual coaching sessions

  • Program Log to track progress, insights and ideas (for Self and for Business)

  • Online Business Tools (including Business Blueprint, Finances Spreadsheets, Time Planner and Tracker)

 

What is the investment? 

  • Sliding scale: $350 to $700 per month - you choose

  • Can be paid in full or in monthly installments (same total amount)

  • First and last month to be paid upfront at the time of registration

 

Will The Catalyst be offered again?

  • Yes! This is an initial version of the program that will be running multiple times a year, in English and Spanish. 

  • And, after this one the investment will be higher.
