Hi, I’m Juanita

The first years of my business were hard. I compared myself to others and aimed for meaningless vanity metrics that didn’t really fulfill me – or were even reached.

Then, I reached a breaking point.

I decided to stop “engineering” my life and own who I am. And through support and tremendous curiosity and vulnerability, I rediscovered myself, my values and my passions.

 

Now, I get to grow Jump Coaching – the intersection of business acumen and coaching transformation. And not only do I have a business that supports me, but also services that help other business creators and leaders do the same.
